1. Controller

Yunyan Intelligent Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. is the controller of personal data processed through the AlphaFox platform.

2. What we collect

• Account data — email address, username, hashed password, account creation date.
• Payment data — handled by our merchant of record and payment partners. We receive a transaction reference, amount, currency and status. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data — queries submitted, credits consumed, timestamps, device and browser type, IP address.
• Support data — messages you send us and our replies.

3. Why we use it

To create and secure your account, deliver the Service, meter credit consumption, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests.

4. Sharing

We share the minimum necessary with: our merchant of record and payment processors (to take payment), our hosting and email providers (to run the Service), and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law. Usage logs are kept for up to 24 months.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Write to support@alphafox.cn. We respond within 30 days. Deleting account data does not remove records we must keep for tax or anti-fraud purposes.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled servers. Passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as required by law.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for session handling. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
