The AlphaFox platform ("Service") is provided by Yunyan Intelligent Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By purchasing compute credits or using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service is a software platform for statistical analysis of historical table-game outcome data. It returns model output. It does not accept wagers, does not set or offer odds, does not hold customer or third-party funds, and does not pay out winnings. Nothing produced by the Service is a prediction, a guarantee, or advice to place any bet.
Credits are a prepaid usage unit that meters how much compute a query consumes. Credits are not money, are not a deposit, carry no interest, cannot be transferred to another person, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits do not expire.
Credit packages are one-time purchases processed by our merchant of record or payment partners. There is no recurring billing and no auto-renewal. Prices are shown in US dollars before any applicable taxes.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service where doing so would be unlawful in your jurisdiction; (b) resell, sublicense, or share access; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform; (d) use the Service to operate a betting, wagering, or gambling business of any kind. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
The Service is provided "as is". Statistical output may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. You are solely responsible for any decision you make using the output, including any financial outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost opportunity.
We may suspend or terminate access where required by law, by a competent authority, by our payment partners, or where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. Unused credits on a terminated account are handled under our Refund Policy.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
