You buy prepaid compute credits — a usage unit for our software. Credits are delivered to your account wallet immediately after payment clears.

Email support@alphafox.cn from the address on your account, with your order reference and the reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days and decide within 7. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to post it.
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. A chargeback on a delivered order will lead us to suspend the account pending review, and we may contest it with the transaction and usage records.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right you have under the consumer law of your own jurisdiction.
